Have you tried recreating everything, including the device. Device, geofence and notification.

To facilitate the diagnosis and save time, would you like us to provide the credentials for the relevant user account so that you can access the system directly and review the configuration on your side?
Please note that you will already see several geofence zones created on the account, which we are currently using for testing.
Despite completely recreating the trucks, the geofence zones, and notifications, the issue persists: trucks enter the zones, but no events or notifications are generated.
We believe that direct access to the account will allow you to more quickly identify the cause of the problem and propose an appropriate solution.
Please confirm if we can send you the credentials.

What is your hourly rate and the estimated cost for diagnosing and fixing this specific geofence event issue?
