Getting the location via the command

Hello.

I use the watch Protocol to communicate with the device. I need to get information on the location of the device upon request. Tell me how can I do that? I tried sending the "L K" command, but I can't get a response from the device :(

I mean, is it possible to send commands synchronously? For example, I need to get the current location of the device within a single request.
