The device provider only gave me a document called ”communication protocol and data format .pdf“. This document complies with the GB/T32960.3-2016 standard, which is China's national mandatory standard. It is written in Chinese. I translated the ”packet structure“ in English. If you still need additional information, please tell me. thank you very much for your help! ”packet structure“ as below:

Thanks @Anton Tananaev ! Now I have changed the port to the corresponding 5094 of the T800X. Following the "quick-start" tutorial, I encountered some problems when I was looking for Device Unique Identifier，there was no IMEI number (I consulted the device provider), and I did not see a log record like "Unknown device - 123456789012345" in tracker-server.log . However, the device has a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) , I can modify the VIN number, after modifying the VIN, by decrypting HEX in tracker-server.log, I find that VIN really has been modified. But, when i add the device on the web page by filling out the VIN, the page shows that the device is offline, I know there is a problem. I tried Android client on my server and it works perfectly.Could you please tell me how I can find "Device Unique Identifier" and add it to the web page. Thanks a lot!

I guess message format is different and existing decoder doesn't work.

Unfortunately it looks like your protocol is not supported yet.
