How can I add Sinocastel IDD-213LE to Traccar because I didn't see any variable on Traccar to put the tracking device

I put the Serial Number into the device and I don't know where I should put the S/N into site

the functions that I would like to track for each car are
GPS
Distance
DTCs
OBD Odometer
Battery Level
