How to avoid alien protocol which causes errors

I have the issue of alien protocol called easytrack as it is listed in log:

The only protocol I use is osmand but I am not sure why I am facing "easytrack" and its errors coming after that.
Could you tell me how can I get rid of it?

Also I would like to know the meaning of "<" and ">" following after protocol name , please.

1. Is "easytrack" going to receive some information?
2. Wouldn't that better if the id of device could be listed in the log too?

Sorry for bothering you, I have already checked it's Hex Message and I could see the device id so I deleted it from table.
I hope it can be enough not to see any error related to this issue.
