HOW TO DETECT CITYEASY006 IN WIN10

NO! In my understanding,we need to change config, file in watch!
if our pc can't Detect CITYEASY006 driver how to config it
when i plugin the CITYEASY006 ,window popup can not recognize the device.
i try to update the driver in device manager but not success!!
how can i do ?
