I think you're using the right port. Nothing else in the logs?

There is nothing else. Periodically, this line (hex) is output and that's it. What is still wrong. I have been struggling with this problem for a very long time (with this tracker)

Are you using the latest version of Traccar?

Yes, I'm sure I'm starting everything right. Version - traccar-linux-64-5.6.zip . And the tracker Promosat 1000 next (a copy of the Chinese gosafe g1rus as I understand it)
