Friend, it's always good that you use the configuration in the module using a domain that points to your server's ip, so if the public IP changes for whatever reason, you just have to access your domain's DNS area and seven a new IP, so the modules will always find your server, whatever the IP!
In your case, if you configured the modules using IP instead of domain (myserver.com) you will have to configure them again one by one locally or by SMS!
