i have problem when adding s168 to traccar

I added S168 GPS / Shenzhen Rayoid Technology Co., Ltd / to traccar. It changes to offline online every 2 minutes, but does not appear on the map and has no attribute value.

I set up port s168/5204.

Please help me.

I found something. But I don't know if that applies to me. I understand that the server sends a request and the device sends a response. Is there a setting for this on Traccar?

Server doesn't send requests. Your device should be configured to report location to the server without any requests from the server.
