infowindow on openstreet map when click on vehicle marker

Need help where to changes the source code to have the infowindow on click event on openstreet map vehicle marker. I need to show the speed and other info for the vehicle.

This changes can be made at web application level. Some Sencha ExtJS expertise is required to achieve it.
As per the actual google maps "infowindow" you can take a look at Open Layers 3 examples of implementation. Please note that the term "infowindow" does not exists as such in openlayers.
