is it possible to embed a self hosted (mysql) traccar server on wordpress?

I know how to add an iFrame; for example, on a test page, i successfully added your 'embedded server'.
However, since I managed to get the server running locally, i was wondering how i could do something similar.
I dont know whether there is a plugin for such task.
I think there might be some third party plugins, but iframe should also work if configured correctly.
The title is self explanatory (i think).
I managed to get Traccar to work as a self-hosted server using mySQL and I would like to add a page on my wordpress website, a page that will show the device's position live.
Can this be done?
