It did not detect my device

In tracker-server.log it throws me the hex that I translate into the following:

##,imei:864894557443572,A;

according to the manual it is tk102-b but it does not work with the respective port.

Correct port is probably 5001 (gps103).

I already tried it, it doesn't give me any results either, knowing how it works I know that the server should answer me "ON" or "LOAD" but I can't find the port for the exact protocol.

Provide logs please.
