MEITRACK T366 Offline

Im using MEITRACK_T366, i have make ip of my server and port 5072, i have check dhe port and is open, on my logs i have this:

But my device is offline,

i have test the device with sms and everything is fine,

what I did wrong?

Why are you using port 5072? It's a wrong port for this protocol.
