I need help figuring out how to reset two Mobicom Telematics G109-4G devices and to use them with Traccar. I have e-mailed and Whatsapp the manufacturer with no success. I try calling and sending SMS to the number on their SIM cards and they don't respond. They have a micro USB connector, but when I connect to my PC nothing happens, nothing comes up on the device manager. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
First you should check under device manager if it opens a com port when you connect the device to the computer (at least thats hoe it works on trackers that i use. Besides tgst yiu would also need a tool to configure the settjngs of the device.
Nothing pops up in device manager when I connect to device. I believe I need a special cable.
