Sino Track ST902 Issues connecting to server

I have connect my SinoTrack Gps Device - ST902 to traccar server and my device remains offline my server logs are, did anyone have such kind of an issue, what am i missing, please help. I am using port 5013

This is my latest log out put on port 5015 after going the the documentation, am i st6ill missing something?
