No I don't. It's an Indian product. In the brochure they've specified that it supports TCP and IP.
Well, you should at least get some message samples.
When I send an SMS command to it I do get responses. I have created a server using AWS EC2. So I tried configuring the device through SMS commands. The responses are as follows:

Is Navitrack vehicle tracking unit compatible with Traccar? The device has a valid IMEI number and can be configured by specifying the IP Address as well as the port number via SMS commands.
