Can the uploaded video to hosted plan provided by Traccar save it for 30 days? Plus any recommendations for cameras? I was thinking of needing something to record at 720p @30fps with H.265 compression with motion activation. Based on that data it would be approximately 64.8GB per camera per month. Does the hosted plan accommodate these needs and what is the maximum capacity per account per vehicle?

That won't be possible. It doesn't work like that. Usually devices upload video files per event. We don't support any continuous video uploads.
ok is it possible to use Traccar on private server and can you provide customization to make it work?
