i just got a speedtalk $5 simcard activated and installed.only the blue light stays lit and orange light flashes.
the phone number for sim card they gave me i send command and get no response but when looking on the sinotrack tracking app i found info on the card and tracker with different phone number,i tried this number and now i get a response back but no matter what password i try it says invalid password.
the sinotrack tracking app shows the device offline and cant send any commands?
does this sound like a sim card issue or is this because i dont have correct password im unable to setup the tracker? id assume i would still be able to see the tracker location without needing to setup right by default? instead its showing device in some random state.also the tracker is under the name optimus so i suspect this was pre used can i reset the password to factory? im so lost with this thing.
Why dont you ask the manufacturer how to reset the config to factory default ?
