Notifications

Hi, can anyone tell me where in the source code do I need to make changes to create a new notification ?

I would like to create a new notification that help clients to know if the vehicle is more then x hours offline.

like: Vehicle CARXXX is more than 12 hours offline, please check it. ( I would like to send push,sms,mail to the client )

Pete, the only way to set this, is for Device, it is not possible to set for Groups or Global, I would like to set to all devices, any ideas ? change source code ?

Hi mate you will need to change code as it cannot be set per group or globally. I've already checked in below thread.
