Is that okay to do? Have not been sure if it is alright to have two devices in one port!

I've seen a few obd plug trackers but I already use the port for my phone (via BT device)
Is there a tracker that plugs into the obd port but also sends Bluetooth over to my phone so I can monitor the car with my phone app?
