On stopped car, sometimes speed is 0.1km/h-3km/h calculation wrong distance

Hi,

Car is stopped, but sometimes GPS received other coordinates and servers shows car is moving by speed of 0.1km/h-3km/h, therefore calculation wrong distance. Ie. whole night maybe add 7-10KM wrong additional distance.

Question:
1)How can I set on server to ignore speed under 3km/h and not show that car is moving?
2) if speed is under 3km/h, how can I config that that distance which was covered under 3km/h speed not to calculate to Distance Report?
