Unfortunately it doesn't seem to match the Orbcomm we have implemented.
- The one you implemented is for Satellite part I believe, this is for cellular communication part for ST9100 device.
- I can share satellite API if needed but rigght now we just need cellular protocols to be integrated which seems very simple by the way. (I created a code based on python for emulating device communication and it is working well but ii need to make it work with Traccar.
