Osmand web server doesn't close connection when done

For the record, in most cases it is expected that we don't close OsmAnd connection.

For the record, in most cases it is expected that we don't close OsmAnd connection.
I'm using an older version and can't easily update because it's customized (not the web server part), so it's possible this is already fixed in the latest version.
My issue is that when the web server receives a OsmAnd GET request, it immediately saves the data without issues, but for some reason it doesn't close the web request. E.g if you enter the web request in a browser, nothing will be displayed, and the page appears to be loading forever. In the bakground however, the request is successful.
Anyone have any idea what may cause this?
