It says right there that the port number is 5055.

You showed messages from two completely different devices. Last one is H02, port 5013.

I set the port to 5099 , so that I know I am dealing with the right device, and get this

I then change the port to 5013 and get this

The device only shows in the log , never on the browser. What am I doing wrong?

Port 5013 should be the right one, but your device doesn't seem to send any GPS data.
