Hello to all. I have the last version of traccar installed. Telegram is working for me (admin) but, when any user activate telegram notifications, nothing happens and notifications are arriving to me any way....... I tried with phone number in user attribs (+569xxxxxx, 569xxxxxxx, And many other options without changes).
Please any guide to fix it??

Hola a todos. Tengo la ultima versión de traccar instalada y telegram funcionando. Sin embargo, cualquier notificación configurada por los usuarios no les llega a ellos, pero si a mi telegram (admin)
