Problem creating geofence

in the marked part it is supposed to be able to move to the right and find the option to save but it does not work
When I click on the import field, it scrolls right for me and I can click on the buttons. Anyway, this all will be fixed in the modern web app.
I give it and it doesn't work for me, if it's not too much trouble, could you tell me how you did it more specifically?
Does the modern web application have a date to be ready?

When I enter from my iphone and try to create the geofence it is not possible because when I select the area the option to save is not shown although I try to give the display to the side on the screen it does not move and it does not allow saving.
