Excellent project of Traccar.
I am configuring a Chinese gps device but I can not get it to appear in the web interface.
The logs that I get on the server are the following:

The device has not labeled the IMEI, it comes with an ID: 6170991587, I have also tried adding a zero and two zeros and I have no successful result.

You are using wrong port. Correct one for your device is 5013.

The device has not labeled the IMEI, it comes with an ID: 6170991587, I have also tried adding a zero and two zeros and I have no successful result.
