Problem with JT808 huabao protocol

Carlos Colque 3 months ago

Hi all.
I try to connect a gps with cameras and use the huabao protocol, according the log:

2025-10-14 15:41:17 INFO: [Ta66114b5: huabao < 46.108.160.24] 7e0002400001000000002023121100020029687e
2025-10-14 15:41:17 WARN: Unknown device - 010000000020 (46.108.160.24)

the gps id is 202312110002 but the platform recognizes 010000000020, I guess it must be an extended JT808, is there any adaptation for this type of extended messages for this protocol?

Thanks

Have you tried using the right id? And by right I mean the one that your device is actually sending.

I think it's strange because the ID of device 202312110002 is in the string, but it recognizes it as 010000000020

You have to provide the protocol documentation for us to really confirm that you decoded the id correctly.

this is document that provider sent me.

It doesn't look like the right document to me.
