Q-bit

I have recently purchased a Q-bit (protocol gt06) (port 5023). Does someone know why i am not able to get its GPS location?

I get this:

Battery:3.71V,NORMAL; GPRS:Link Up GSM Signal Level:Strong; GPS:OFF;

Gps only works outside did you try that and requested the position?

It's also common for GT06 devices to not send location when stationary.

Actually, I did not test it outdoors nor in movement. I am going to do it and you will have feedback from me.

Hello! I finally managed to get its location.

First, I charged it with a charger that provided 2 Amperes (I hadn't done that before) and placed it near a window. But even with that, it still wasn't working, of course.

Second, I changed the way I set up the server. Previously, I had it with the domain name SERVER,1,demo3.traccar.org,5023,0#, and now I've set it up using the IP address SERVER,0,95.217.199.208,5023,0#.

Then, I've sent an SMS with the command URL#... and voilà. Now, it shares its location.

Now I just need to get the Traccar Manager app to work, and I still don't know how to do it properly. Any idea on that?
