Reset Total Distance everyday

Hi Anton,
I want to maintain the total distance for a single day and display it in state table.
How can I create/modify an attribute which automatically get reset everyday and accumulate the total distance traveled for current date only.

Not the point of Total Distance counter.
You can get distance per day in a report.
