Ruptela devices reporting to server
Hello,
I need help with getting the Ruptela Eco4 or Pro4 device to send data to Traccar server. Anyone who has had success here can help. I have been stuck at this point for days now after signing up with Traccar server.
I am using the provided IP and port(5046).

could you try to configure it in TCP mode...
Apparently UDP mode does not work, the server rejects the connection in that mode.

Hi until now still we cant use UDP protocol for RUPTELA device on port 5046 ? someone knows how to enable UDP?

I am new to Traccar and have been trying to connect several 4th generation Ruptela devices ( Eco4 and Pro4) to server without success. The devices do not send data and therefore are offline in Traccar. i have set all necessary parameters that may be required ie IP and Port point to Traccar but no data.
I saw on this forum an old discussion about this from Samuel and alan cuellar. If you're out there and you solved this kindly help
