Your url is wrong. Is pointing to a port that is assigned to the web app rather that pointing to the port where the protocol is ready to listen your message.

I had installed a Traccar server in to my windows PC and a traccar client into my android mobile.
I get Send failed in my Mobile when i give the URL httpp://localhost:8082.
Kindly guide my where do i go wrong
