Server Service Interruption Despite Paid Subscription

Dear Traccar Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that my Traccar server (...) has unexpectedly stopped working, even though I have already paid the renewal fees.

Date of payment: 4/21/2025

Invoice or transaction number: xxxx711F-xxxx

Payment method: MasterCard •••• xxxx

Since completing this payment, the service has been inaccessible and I cannot view or manage any of my tracking devices. Could you please:

Verify that my payment was received and applied to my account.

Restore full server access as soon as possible.

Confirm when I can expect normal service to resume.

This interruption is impacting my operations, so I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
