SinoTrack ST-915 GPS:invalid

Hi guys, I need some help troubleshooting my GPS device. It’s topped up with data etc.

I have had this tracker for a good 2 weeks now and it’s worked fine. Last night I put my device in standby mode and this morning put it on “move” - I’m currently at work now but my tracker states I’m still at home?

I looked at the SinoTrack pro app and it states that

“GPS: INVALID”

There has been bad weather last night I.e lots of rain but my tracker is inside. It may wobble around a bit while driving but everything else on the device seems to work other than GPS being invalid.

Any help would be much appreciated.

GPS invalid usually means no GPS signal.

Is there a way to fix this? As it’s occurred out of the blue and it has been working just fine for the past few weeks.

Try to use the device in the open air. To check if it gets an gps fix (should be within 10 minutes).
