I'm currently configuring Traccar for the exact device here is the link to the settings you need to changed https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMC130_GPRS_settings, the port for the Server Settings is 5027.
I got a telefonika fmc130 gps but I can't find how to configure it for the traccar platform, I searched the Internet for commands and I couldn't find any information
