SOS sound doesnt work

I have a question, pls let me know how to fix it.
when my cellphone (Android) in lock screen mode, SOS Sound does not work, how to fix it?

Are you using push notifications?

sure, i use firebase. i input in default.xml

Push notifications should work with the lock screen just fine.

is there any set up in firebase ? can i have the documentation ?

how to added a notifications Token attribute to my user ?
