I Have added my device with Imei number 355457053027176. Can you help me?

My traking device is a T23 from Tramigo.

Ok. I m using the demo platform http://demo.traccar.org/ and my device is ofline.

and i have done the configuration in my device below:

IP :41.226.27.211
TCP Port : 5073

Is it correct?

No, it's not correct. You are saying that you are using first demo server, but IP address is for third one.

Yes, Your right. Here correction done:

IP :40.122.161.243
UDP Port : 5073

Result on my device:

AT+WIPCREATE=1,1,80,"40.122.161.243",5073
OK
+WIPREADY: 1,1
AT+WIPDATA=1,1,2

I have checked logs and there is nothing on port 5073, which means that your device hasn't reported anything to the server.

I have check the port avalibility on https://www.traccar.org/port-check/.

It seems the the port 5073 is closed on the server 40.122.161.243. Can you check it?

I m checking now with the demo5 server (http://demo5.traccar.org/) which the port 5073 is open but still the device is offline.
In my side (device) the configuration is very simple. i have to set your IP and port.

Can confirm us if the T23 of tramigo is compatible with your platform?
