I am attempting to test a Teltonika FMC130 on https://demo.traccar.org/, but my device is showing Offline.
On the Traccar Server, I am using the device's IMEI as the Identifier (from what I gather, this is the default Identifier used by Traccar for this device type).
On the FMC130, I'm using:
- Domain = demo.traccar.org
- Port = 5027.
The FMC130 is using a Hologram SIM and I have confirmed device data connectivity via Hologram's portal. Using Teltonika's Configurator software, the FMC130 is indicating it has a GNSS signal fix and a good GPRS signal level.
What else am I missing?
I also have the Traccar Client for Android running on my mobile and was able to get that device to register and report to https://demo.traccar.org/
The configuration seems correct.
Thanks, Anton. I have used this device previously with another platform, so I know it works. Do you see anything in the demo server logs that might provide a clue as to what I need to do next?
Unfortunately we don't provide that kind of support for demo servers.
If it's any help, I have several FMC920s connected to Traccar and they work perfectly. Recommend more trial and error!
Thanks, Richards. Eventually the FMC130 connected and began reporting. I didn't do anything specific, but it's working now.
