It looks like standard NMEA protocol. I don't see any identification messages.
Shall I try a special port for this or do you like a screenshot from the RUT850 interface?
If your device doesn't send any identification information, it won't be possible to use it in Traccar, for obvious reason.

Hello everyone, I need your help: I have a Teltonika RUT850 and would like to bind it to my own traccar server using the AVL or NMEA protocol. The mobile app works fine but I can't get the RUT850 to work. I tried all ports one after the other and could also see the HEX data in the server logfile. Do you have any idea what else I can do?
