Hello. i am having FMC125 tracker with this i installed dualcam. Everything is working fine. when i request for image so the dualcam capture the image and send to the server. But when i request for the video so i won't send the video to my server. sometime it will send the video but most of the time it won't send the video. I had connected my laptop with the device so i found there that the dualcam SD card was not detected. some time SD card was detected and most of the time SD card was not detected. I had configured the Dualcam with the ignition, when ignition ON so it will ON the Dualcam. Why the SD card not detected all the time, whenever the ignition ON.
