The VL03 device does not detect ignition ON.
That's probably because your device doesn't report ignition in every message. To fix that, you can use attribute copying.

Hello everyone, I was carrying out multiple tests with the VL03 port 5023 (gt06) it detects everything except the Ignition ON event, in the live tracking Ignition Yes appears but in the reports and notifications NO.
