TK 103A GPS not fixed!
Are you sure device has clear sky visibility? It can take 15 minutes or more to get a GPS fix.
if a signal problem q I think the correct answer is

lon:00.00000
Zeroes are VALID coordinates. Why would it be correct answer?
Also, you haven't provided any information to be able to determine what the problem is.
the manual says
location report in digit zeros / Check out if the gps external antenna well
when I call the answer is "Gps not fixed!"

Well, it looks like your device is configured to some other server.
as I can remove that ip settings
Are you asking how to change it? I don't know. You need to send some command to the device. Check manual or contact vendor.
