I have a TK-409-4G connecting to the servera dn sending data, but doesn't seem to be decoding correctly currently:

Currently:
-Device connects as unknown
-Device is added by user
-Device is linked to a second user (while we troubleshoot)
-Data continues to be sent, but no location is updated

Any ideas here would be greatly appreciated

That's expected because this device only send id once at the beginning. You have to reconnect it.

Could you please remove this post as it contains my location data?

Masked all location data. I think it's good to leave the thread to help other people with the same problem. That's the whole reason we are running this forum, so that we can help the community and share knowledge.
