TK103 won't respond to my phone calls or txt requests for it's location

Where should it be ?
You have to configure your device correctly, setting up a primary number. Then it will only respond to that number all commands. Check your user manual.
Hi Guys,
I think my TK103 has a problem, when I call it or send SMS address123456 it ignores me.
All the other commands work, for example check123456 gives a list of the status of Power, Bat ETC,
Any ideas what it could be.
I've already done a reset123456 and a begin123456.
