TR02 - server setup

Hello! I can't connect this device to server if I am using www protocol instead of IP protocol...

SERVER,666666,0,myIP,5022,0# - ok

SERVER,666666,1,www.myName.com,5022,0# - not ok

What can be the problem?

Some devices don't support domain names. Are you sure your one does?
