traccar manager IOS and Android does not export report

Yes, I updated the app. I tried using the iPhone 11 and 12 Pro Max, and the Samsung Galaxy S25, but the report file doesn't appear. Exporting the report works normally through the browser.

No, but 4.10 should generate the report file?
We obviously don't test the app with ancient versions of Traccar. It should generate the report file, but there is clearly some issue.
Which version should I update my platform to so that it can generate the report again?
Well, you should try the latest official version.
Ive got the same issue on a copy of latest master. I do have some customisation but not on summary reports and if I export the report, the IOS app appears to get stuck on a blank screen. If any other users are successful to export reports please advise. Thanks in advance.
Are you using the latest web app? Are you using the latest mobile app?
Yes using traccar manager 5.2.0 and copy of latest master for web app with some customisation.
Have you tried the latest official release to see if it has the same issue?
