Traccar Manager unable to scroll up and down
Please provide a screen recording with touch indication enabled.
Indeed is a new app behavior, reload it and it will respond. But then it will stop scrolling again after some time.

After you force close the app and reopen the app the state is reset.
I have this issue too.
Please try this experimental new version and see if it fixes the problem:
Traccar Manager unable to scroll up and down in the most recent update. On web browser no issues on scrolling up and down of amy item page. Seems like a app bug only issue. Had to use web browser for now until bugs fixed on Traccar Manager app.
