My self-host Traccar server sometime stop getting AVL data from random Xirgo XG3780 tracker.
My temporary fix to it is to change the affected device config with the same config file using different name on Xirgo Device Management (XDM).
Already tried updating firmware to latest and rollback one-by-one older version and its not helping.
Yesterday I also add another destination server for 1 of the tracker to my local Xirgo Support's Submatics server to compare and it still getting data after Traccar stopped.
For detail:
Traccar version: 6.10.0-ubuntu on Azure AKS
Device: XG3780
Protocol: iotm
Port: 5218
Sample of problem today, this is the last data that arrived at Traccar position report
At Submatics where its working fine for this IOTM tracker
Is there a problem from the image shown such as missing sensor type for Traccar server to decode location?,
or is there an issue with the MQTT protocol version 4?
