Tracking Device Advice
It might be easier to implement commands, if they are not supported. Do you have protocol documentation for your TK-103 device?

I am looking for a device that can receive commands over traccar. Right now we are using the TK-103 but we can only send commands over sms. Let me know if you guys know of any devices that can do this.
