Tracking Device recommendation

Hi,

I am looking for devices compatible with traccar in order to track about ten cars. From what I gathered, there are devices with battery included and devices which need external power supply.
Are there devices with both ? Our main goal is to track cars 24/24 even when they are parked.
So, ideally, I was thinking about devices plugged on car's battery which will use their own battery when cars are parked. Do such devices exist ?

Thank you for your answer. So does it mean that the device's battery is charging when vehicle is moving ?

I guess it depends on how you connect it to the vehicle.

I use Teltonika devices like this:

They use the car's battery when parked as well. The power draw is so low it has no effect on the car battery. They have a small backup battery inside good for about 2 hours, generally for sending alerts like that the device has been pulled out.
